Get to Know Attorney Luis Manuel Paredes Jr.

Mr. Paredes was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012. He is a graduate of St. Edward’s University with a BBA in International Business and a minor in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law.
Before attending law school, Mr. Paredes was exposed to many aspects of the real estate industry including investment property transactions, first time homebuyer purchases, conventional and government lending programs and regulations, exotic funding solutions, and loan modification applications to save homes from foreclosure.
While in law school, Mr. Paredes was a law clerk with Barnett & Garcia, PLLC, a firm focusing on civil litigation and creditor’s rights. Mr. Paredes also interned for Lubbock County Office of Dispute Resolution.
After receiving his law license, Mr. Paredes opened his law firm, Manuel Paredes Law Firm, PLLC, which focuses on the following practice areas:
